At LASHXTEND, we take all necessary measures to ensure your experience is satisfactory, pleasant, and comfortable. For this reason, we adhere to a set of terms and conditions, which are as follows:
Before your appointment
- If you have lashes extensions from another artist, we do not take foreign fills. In case you have concerns about your lash extensions that you got done by another lash artist, please book with us for their removal and a full brand-new set so that your lashes look perfect.
- Before you arrive for your appointment, please make sure that you have a clean face and makeup is removed (especially waterproof mascara). Please understand that removal of mascara is a time-consuming process, and any applied or residual makeup may be a hurdle in the proper application of our lash extensions. Please use a mild, oil-free cleanser instead of an oil-based one when removing your makeup.
Customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. We want to ensure that our services and products meet and exceed your expectations. Further, we want you to adore the lash extensions that we do for you. Still, if you feel like you’re unhappy with the results, you can contact us within three days so that we can schedule another appointment to readjust them.
Please note that you must have at least 50% of your lashes left for a refill appointment. Otherwise, it will be considered a full set. Anything after three weeks will be considered a new Full Set.
Please note that at LASHXTEND, we believe in being punctual, so if you arrive late, we won’t be able to extend your appointment. Yes, we accommodate last-minute emergencies, but you have to understand that we have other customers waiting for their appointments. Therefore, if you cannot arrive for your appointment on time, you can get it rescheduled beforehand to avoid causing inconvenience to others.
We would you need us to inform us 24 hours before your appointment for no fee cancelations. However, any cancellation less than 24 hours would be charged with a non-refundable cancelation fee.
Products or Services
Some services or products may be available only online through the Website. According to the existing Policy, these products or services may have limited numbers and are subject to return or exchange only.
LASHXTEND has tried its best to exhibit the images and color schemes of the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, LASHXTEND cannot guarantee that your computer/mobile device will display our products’ accurate sizes and colors as different device settings may cause changed visual digital appearances.
LASHXTEND reserves the right to limit the products or Service(s) sales to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. LASHXTEND may exercise our rights depending on the situation.
Moreover, LASHXTEND reserves the right to determine the quantities of the products or services that we provide to you. The product descriptions or pricing are subject to change without any prior announcement, at the sole discretion of LASHXTEND. We may exercise the right to cease any product.
Accurateness Of Billing and Account Data
LASHXTEND maintains the right to refuse any order. LASHXTEND may limit or withdraw quantities purchased per individual or order. The limitations may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit or debit card, and/or orders that use similar shipping or billing address. If we make any change to or cancel an existing order, we may attempt to inform you by communicating the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order. LASHXTEND reserves the right to limit or forbid orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers and retailers in different parts of the world.
You approve to offer present, complete, and accurate purchase and account data for all purchases made through LASHXTEND. You approve to punctually update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete the transactions and contact you when needed.
Lash extensions require gentle and strict maintenance requirements. For this reason, we remain unable to guarantee that they will remain in optimal conditions regardless of how they are handled. We regret to inform you that gift certificates or promotional services remain absolutely non-refundable. This is applicable to all services. We also don’t offer refunds on any services we have already executed. In case you are not satisfied with a service, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours.
Please note that all retail product purchases are final sales and we offer options for exchanging or receiving store credits only on unopened products.
Please make sure that your phones are switched off or on silent mode during your time at our studio. We want the entire experience to be relaxing, both for you and other clients. While we are undergoing the lash extension procedure, your eyes will remain closed, and you will not be able to use any devices.
We offer a relaxing and quiet environment for our clients and staff. Please do not bring children who require supervision. We have devised this policy for the safety of our clients and children since you won’t be able to take care of them during your appointment.
